Aaron started tattooing in Southern California in the mid 1980s. He moved to Seattle, served an apprenticeship, and eventually opened Slave to the Needle Tattoo in 1995. He has received many accolades, and has written numerous articles and published books about tattooing, as well as having his work featured in books, magazines and art shows throughout the years.
